COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans boned chicken or 1 whole chicken, cooked (about 2 lbs.) & cut up in bite-size pieces
1 pkg. Uncle Bens wild rice with herbs
1 c. French style green beans, drained
1 c. celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 oz. pimentos
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. sliced almonds
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & sliced
Grated cheese (cheddar)

Cook rice 5 minutes less than package directs. Mix all ingredients in greased casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
