4 c. cooked diced chicken
1 lg. jar diced pimento
2 cans diced chili peppers
6 c. cooked rice
1 jar Chicken Tonight French Country Sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms

Mix together. Bake in oven or microwave until hot.
