TURKEY OR CHICKEN HOTDISH | |
1 1/2 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing 1/2 stick butter 1 c. chicken broth Mix and put half in a 9 x 13" pan. 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, cut up Mix and put over bread stuffing. Beat: 1 1/2 c. milk Salt Pepper Pour over meat. Spread rest of stuffing mix over and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, pour over: 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 3/4 cup milk, top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
