COUNTRY CHICKEN BAKE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, sliced
3/4 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 1/2 c. chicken, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. Kraft dressing
1/4 c. milk

Pre-cook celery and onion; combine with rice, butter, parsley, salt and pepper; mix in with chicken. Combine soup, dressing and milk. Mix well with chicken mixture, spoon in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with a vegetable of your choice.
