COUNTRY CHICKEN BAKE 
3 chicken breasts, or equivalent, browned
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, sliced
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk, or white wine
Paprika

Combine rice, celery, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Mix lightly; spoon into greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise and milk; mix until blended. Pour this mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
