COUNTRY - STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
3 to 4 slices turkey breast or 2 boneless chicken breasts
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. parsley

Melt butter in saucepan. Combine bread crumbs, basil, oregano, cheese, garlic salt and salt. Dip turkey (or chicken) in melted butter, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Reserve remaining butter in saucepan.

Place chicken in baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, add to the reserved butter the wine, green onions and parsley. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes at very low heat. When meat is done, place in serving dish and pour sauce over. Serves 2.
