HOLIDAY POTATO BAKE 
2 bacon slices, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet. Drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoons. Saute onion and green pepper in fat. Add cream cheese, milk and seasonings; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add potatoes; mix lightly. Spoon into 10 x 6 inch baking dish; sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
