STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chips
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. chopped apple
Salt and pepper
Hot water

Have the chops cut 1 inch thick with a pocket cut from the bone side. The combined bread crumbs, onions, apple, salt, and pepper and moisten with hot water. Pack into pockets in chops; place in a baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover for last 1/2 hour to brown. Serves 6.
