TUNA PATTIES (SALMON) 
1 lg. can tuna or salmon
1 c. crushed crackers
1 egg
1/2 c. catsup
Chopped onion (if desire)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 c. water

Drain tuna. Put all ingredients in a bowl - except water - mix together. Add just enough water to make into patties. Cook in pan with a little butter so they don't stick.
