KENDALL'S ITALIAN TUNA PATTIES 
1 (12 oz.) can chunk light tuna
1 cup Italian-Style bread crumbs (I use Progresso)
2 eggs
1 green onion, fully diced
2 tbsp. green olives, chopped
2 tbsp. prepared pesto (Barilla or your favorite)
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together, form into 4 or 5 patties.

Fry with oil over medium heat, flipping half way through, until golden brown.
