Easy Baked Pork Chops

Good old fashioned recipe... have been fixing it for years. BUT much healthier without the onion soup mix. Way too much sodium. Instead use dehydrated chopped onion, or slice thin some real onion, use seasoned meat tenderizer, or some other spices.

Flavor was good but like this version of crockpot pork chops better.

I'm not really that good in cooking but when I served this to my family they were quite satisfied! I used a cup of milk and 3/4 cup of water. This is easy to prepare! (especially I'm not feeling well right now (hehe) Thank you very much for this awesome recipe! Salamat!

Very good recipe. I have also took stove top stuffing and put on the pork chops and it turned out awesome.

It smelled a lot better than it tasted. Following the recipe the chops were pretty chewy. I did 8 chops in a 8x13 dish. I stuck the remaining chops back in at 285 for another 1.5 hr and they came out great!

Super easy. I didn't have onion soup mix, so I added dried minced onion, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

I'm actually allergic to mushrooms so I use cream of broccoli instead, cream of celery is really good too. Delicious!

This recipe is good. I think some people are digging into this "simple baked pork" just a little to much. Use your common sense as well as the idea of this recipe... I used half as much water as reported. Still delicious !

Loved it! The 'gravy' was a little thin so I'll be substituting water for milk next time. This one's a keeper!

I used this recipe, but i tweaked it a little. I added garlic cream cheese and didn't add the onion soup mix. But it turned out great! Yummy!

Thank you Lisa! I am a vegan trying to make some pork chops for my husband - he loves them! A super simple recipe that I had everything in the house for and not intimidating at all. He says they are his new favorite! Thank you again!

Made this recipe tonight. I added a can of green-beans (drained) and a can of whole kernel corn (not drained). Then just used 1/2 can of water. I baked them at 350°F for 50 min, the chops were a bit thick. They turned out great. My wife does a similar recipe with chicken that she got from her sister. Same great idea. Thanks for the recipe!!

Made this for dinner tonight, I also used thin pork chops. I just cooked it less time and it came out really good. Two thumbs up. Thanks for posting the recipe.
