NO-RELISH TUNA SALAD 
1 (5 oz.) can tuna (I like Genova Tonno)
real mayonnaise
3-5 chopped Manzanilla olives (green olives)
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Drain tuna in sieve. Add enough mayonnaise to achieve desired consistency. Combine the rest of the ingredients with tuna/mayonnaise mixture and blend well.

Spread on bread or a roll by itself or with sliced tomato, or on whole grain crackers for a healthy snack!

Serves 2 to 4.
