TURKEY-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked Swift Premium turkey roast
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
4 oz. fine noodles, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. diced pimento (optional)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Arrange half of mixture in a buttered shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Add remaining turkey-noodle mixture and top with rest of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
