TURKEY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey (Mr. Turkey)
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
4 oz. flat noodles, cooked
1/2 jar pimiento, drained
1 (13.5 oz.) can whole kernel corn (opt.)
2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Grated cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Start meat with water. Cook down, but do not fry. Drain oil. Saute vegetables, except corn, with meat. Add Kitchen Bouquet and mix well. Add corn and water. Cook well and thicken. Add pimiento, soup and cooked noodles. Mix well. Pour in buttered pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.
