SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

SAUCE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, chopped

Mix ingredients for meatballs and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan in 400 degree oven until light brown - 20 to 25 minutes. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in frying pan or wok. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Add meatballs, cover, simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover, simmer until crisp-tender, 5 minutes. Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
