SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
1 1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Combine sausage, mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Cook in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off grease.

Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple. Mix well and pour over meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pineapple. Simmer 10 minutes more, stirring often.
