SHRIMP SALAD 
1 c. uncooked rice
20 olives, chopped
1/4 chopped onion
Dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cauliflower
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4-1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can shrimp
Salt to taste

Cook rice. Combine all ingredients and cool in refrigerator.
