HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, not marinated, drained and chopped fine
1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Blend all ingredients together and place in a greased au gratin dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
