HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crusty French bread or your favorite crackers.
