HAM ROLL-UPS 
3 or 4 slices onions
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 c. milk or more
Sliced ham
Swiss cheese
Broccoli spears (or asparagus spears)

In a fry pan saute onions in butter, add flour, salt, pepper and 1 cup milk and stir to make a smooth onion sauce (may need more milk). To a slice of ham add a slice of cheese and a stalk or 2 of cooked broccoli spears. Roll up, secure with a toothpick. Put in baking pan, cover with onion sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
