CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/4 c. grits
3 1/2 c. boiling water
1 roll bacon flavored cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Cook grits in boiling water. Crumble cheese and butter in cooked grits. Blend eggs and milk. Mix with grits. Bake 45 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
