GARLIC CHEESE GRITS | |
1 c. regular grits 3 c. boiling water 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten Cook grits in water in a large pan. When done, add rest of ingredients and stir until melted and well mixed. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
