MARY'S CHEESE GRITS 
2 c. instant grits (prepare as directed)
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 (6 oz.) Kraft Nippy cheese log
1 (6 oz.) Kraft Garlic Nippy cheese log
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste (also garlic powder if desired)
Extra cheddar cheese (1 c. grated), for top

Prepare grits as directed. Melt butter; add milk, cheese and salt and pepper until creamy. Add eggs. Stir into grits and pour into lightly greased or Pammed 9 x 11 inch casserole. Top with extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly. Classic all-occasion southern side dish.
