BAKED CHEESE GRITS | |
2 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. reg. grits 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1 (5 oz.) jar sharp process cheese spread Bring milk to a boil, add grits and cook until thickened. Stir often. Remove from heat; stir in butter, salt, and cheese. Spoon into 1 quart casserole dish (lightly greased). Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
