PORCUPINE BEEF BALLS 
1/2 c uncooked rice or minute rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp minced onion (I grate mine)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can hot water

Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix, shape into 12 balls. Brown balls in vegetable oil in frying pan, add tomato soup and water. Cover, cook 40 minutes over low heat until rice is tender.

Serves six.

I have made this recipe a long time ago. So long that I forgot the recipe. Now I have the recipe again and I am going to make it for supper tomorrow. If you like tomato soup, you will like this recipe. Need to try, really good.
