PORCUPINE BALLS 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. hamburger
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 - 3/4 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt & sm. amount pepper
Celery salt & garlic powder (opt.)

Mix together and form into balls and put into baking dish. Mix 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 cup water and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Combine and pour over porcupine balls. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour.
