SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 can artichoke hearts
3 pkg. frozen spinach (squeeze dry)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. milk
1/3 c. grated Romano OR Parmesan OR both

Grease 8x10 inch casserole. Place artichokes in bottom. Cover with spinach. Beat cream cheese and milk. Spread over spinach. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
