FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
Quartered strawberries
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 lg. bananas, dip into 1/2 c. lemon juice
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. nuts
1 recipe glaze

GLAZE: Make while crust is baking so it will cool. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon Karo, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, and 3 tablespoons strawberry Jello.

Cut cookies as directed on label. Place on pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Slice bananas, dipped in lemon juice. Spread glaze on bananas; sprinkle on drained pineapple and arrange orange slices. Add strawberries and nuts. Refrigerate.

Substitute fruit glaze and other fruit combos are strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple.
