1 package sugar cookie roll (from dairy case). Flatten or roll out to fit pizza pan 12 inches or larger. Bake according to directions. When cool top with:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip mixed with 3 oz. softened cream cheese

Spread over cookie. Top with any arranged fresh or canned fruit. Very pretty and festive.
