COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Mine only takes 45 minutes.

Blend 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into lightly greased 9" glass fluted dish. Sprinkle some coconut on top and bake as above.
