COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
6 sm. eggs
1 qt. skim or regular milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 Pillsbury all-ready pie crust
12-inch pie plate

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, sugar, and vanilla, and coconut. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
