IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sugar
Dash nutmeg
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. flaked coconut

Put all except coconut in electric blender. Blend for 5 minutes. Stir in coconut. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serves 6-8
