IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut

Mix in blender 2 minutes. Pour in greased and floured pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
