IMPOSSIBLE CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. biscuit mix 1 c. coconut (optional) 1 c. raisins (optional) Combine everything (except optional items) in blender. Blend at low speed 3 minutes. Add optional item(s) mixing thoroughly but gently. Pour into greased 9-inch pie dish. Let stand 5 minutes. You may sprinkle optional items over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
