3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Ground nutmeg

Grease and flour 9 inch glass pie plate. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add to eggs. Gradually ad milk and vanilla. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
