IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1 can (4 oz.) frozen shredded coconut, thawed Combine all ingredients, except shredded coconut, and blenderize thoroughly. Add shredded coconut and bake in a greased pie pan, 350 degrees, 40-50 minutes. |
