STUFFED BEEF LOGS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce (separated)
6 (4" x 1/4") strips cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon

Lightly combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 6 portions. Shape 1 portion around 1 cheese strip to form roll. Wrap a bacon slice around each roll. (Do same with each portion.) Place on a jelly roll pan. Brush with remaining Worcestershire sauce. Bake in a preheated 475 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes until done.
