Thin round steak, pound flat

FILLING:

2 slices bread, broken in pieces
1 egg
1 sliced onion
Sliced stuffed olives
Mushrooms (fresh), sauteed or 1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c. sherry

Roll filling in steak. Secure with toothpicks. Dip in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown rolled steak. Add 1/4 cup sherry. Simmer, covered, until tender.
