BEEF ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. rump roast
1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
1/4 c. all purpose flour
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. gravy mix
1 c. water
Oil

Cut roast into 1/4" slices. Pound into 1/8" slices. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions. Spread stuffing in a thin layer on each slice of meat. Top with piece of bacon. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dredge in flour. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown meat on all sides. Remove to a casserole dish. Make gravy and pour over meat in casserole. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
