BEEF ROLL-UPS 
1 1/2 c. stuffing
1 1/2 lbs. thinly sliced round steak, about 1/4" thick
2 tbsp. shortening
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Prepare stuffing. Roll up stuffing into small balls. Put on meat slices. Roll up steak. Fasten with toothpicks. In a skillet brown rolls in shortening. Pour off fat and stir in soup and water; cover. Cook over low heat 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
