BEEF ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced thinly
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 c. red wine

Prepare stuffing mix and spread thinly on steak. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Brown in hot oil. Place in casserole, and add gravy mix on top. Add wine and cook at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. If desired, add pearl onions during last 20 minutes.
