BEEF ROLL-UPS 
1 round steak
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Stuffing mix (or make your own)
Tenderizer
2 tbsp. oil

Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Pound until about 1/4 inch thick. Prepare stuffing mix. Spread stuffing over steak. Roll up and use toothpicks to fasten. Put into skillet with oil. Brown lightly, turning to brown each side. Put in oven-proof casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovering meat the final 15 minutes. Cool about 20 minutes, then slice into 2-inch slices.
