BEEF ROLLS - UPS 
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced round steak, 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
1/4 to 1/3 c. water

Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Cut steak into six pieces (6 x 4 inches). Pound steak. Place 1/4 cup stuffing near the center of each piece of steak; starting at the narrow end, roll up. Tuck in the ends; fasten with toothpicks. In a skillet, brown the roll-ups in shortening; pour off the fat. Stir in soup and water. Cover. Cook over low heat for 1 hour or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 6 servings.

I have lost the recipe this I always used. So this was nice to find. The question that I have is I cooked mine in the oven so how long and at what degree would you cook this and for how long. Our son is home and said do you remember and I said yes and I got the meat and I had everything else but I have no idea how long and at what degree.
