BEEF ROLLS APPETIZER 
1 bunch onions chopped with greens
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
2 tbsp. (or so) mayonnaise
2 pkg. cooked dried beef
Garlic or onion rounds or melba toast

Soften cream cheese, add mayonnaise and onions. Mix well and arrange beef slices in overlapping layers. Overlap 6 across and 4 down overlapping each row over bottom of each row. Spread cheese mixture onto sliced beef. Roll lengthwise. Wrap in foil then refrigerate 24 hours (or freeze in two) for easy slicing. Place slices of beef and cheese on rounds or melba toast.
