COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/4 c. olive oil
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, milk, egg and next 4 ingredients; gently shape into 1 inch balls.

In a large skillet, brown meatballs in olive oil. Remove meatballs from skillet, pour off fat. (The meatballs may also be baked in the oven on a rack to catch drippings.

Bake for 20-30 minutes (or until done.)

Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly, until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes.

Makes 5 dozen appetizers.
