1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 lb. butter, room temp. 4 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Depending on size of cookie, makes 3 to 4 dozen. Cream ice cream and butter together and add flour and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll into balls. Press with thumb and fill with preserves or Solo filling or any other kind of filling you would like. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until set. Do not get real brown. Sift powdered sugar over cooled kolacki. |
