SQUASH OR PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. squash or pumpkin, pureed

Cream sugar and oil. Add egg and milk. Add dry ingredients, sifted. Add squash or pumpkin. Mix all together. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. This makes 12 medium sized muffins.
