“ZUCCHINI BREAD” IS IN:

ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until creamy. Stir in grated zucchini. Stir together dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture; mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until done.
