SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
16 oz. lean ground turkey
8 oz. canned tomatoes, drained
4 oz. tomato sauce, unsweetened
16 oz. sauerkraut, with juice
1 oz. Sweet and Low brown sugar substitute
4 oz. onion

Spray non-stick spray in large pot. Saute onions until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Divide and roll meat into 12 meatballs. Place on broiling pan and broil for several minutes until brown. Drain off fat and place meatballs in sauce. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent meatballs from sticking. Makes 4 servings.
