FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix, pat into pan; bake in 8 x 10 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Blend. Spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

3 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (chocolate is the best)

Blend. Pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate.
